Common questions from investors and analysts about BIG Gold Inc., our projects, stock listings, regulatory filings, and how junior gold exploration works.
ABOUT BIG GOLD
BIG Gold Inc. (CSE: BG · FSE: H7L) is a Canadian junior gold exploration company focused on identifying and advancing gold deposits in northwestern Ontario. The company holds two 100%-owned projects — Tabor in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt and Martin Kenty in the Cameron Lake district — both in proven, active gold-producing regions of the Canadian Shield.
No. BIG Gold is a pure exploration company at an early stage of development. The company is conducting systematic geological programs to identify and test drill targets on its properties. No mineral resource estimate has been declared under NI 43-101, and the company has not entered production or development on either project.
BIG Gold takes a methodical, data-driven approach: desktop review and historical data compilation, followed by surface programs (geological mapping, soil sampling, prospecting, and geophysical surveys), then drill targeting. The focus is on structurally controlled gold systems in underexplored greenstone terranes adjacent to known deposits and past-producing mines.

THE PROJECTS
The Tabor project encompasses approximately 3,120 hectares in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt, northwestern Ontario, immediately adjacent to Gold X2 Mining’s Moss Gold Project. BIG Gold’s exploration work has included regional mapping and geophysical surveying to identify structurally controlled gold targets within the property.
The Martin Kenty project covers more than 10,000 hectares in the Cameron Lake Gold Belt, northwestern Ontario, approximately 5 km west of Seva Mining’s Cameron Gold Project. The property’s scale and location within an active gold district represent a significant exploration land position.
No. BIG Gold has not declared a mineral resource estimate under National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) on either project. The company is at the exploration stage, and results to date do not define a mineral resource. Any future resource estimate would require sufficient drilling and technical work to meet NI 43-101 standards, and would be disclosed via a Qualified Person’s technical report filed on SEDAR+.

JUNIOR GOLD
MINING
Junior mining companies are early-stage exploration and development companies — typically small-cap, pre-revenue, and focused on finding and advancing mineral deposits. Unlike major producers, juniors fund operations through equity financing and use that capital to run exploration programs. Investment returns are driven by discovery and asset de-risking rather than cash flow from production.
NI 43-101 is the Canadian securities regulation governing public disclosure of scientific and technical information about mineral projects. It requires that all material technical information be based on work supervised by a Qualified Person (QP) — a geoscientist or engineer with relevant experience and professional accreditation. NI 43-101 technical reports are publicly filed on SEDAR+.
Junior gold exploration is inherently speculative and carries significant risks, including: no assurance of mineral discovery; commodity price fluctuations for gold; inability to raise sufficient capital on favourable terms; regulatory and permitting uncertainty; geological risk; and the possibility that exploration results will not meet expectations. Prospective investors should carefully read BIG Gold’s regulatory filings on SEDAR+ and consult a qualified financial advisor before investing.
